Common Greenshank Tringa nebularia, Jiangsu, China, May. Common Greenshank is a common passage migrant in Shanghai. Common Greenshank is distinguished from Nordmann’s Greenshank T. guttifer by its longer tibiae; thinner, more graceful neck, giving it a less hunched appearance than Nordmann’s; and thinner, less obviously bi-colored bill.
