Common Redpoll Acanthis flammea, Cape Nanhui, Shanghai, October. Common Redpoll is a very rare vagrant to Shanghai. It is similar to Arctic Redpoll A. hornemanni but is darker and more boldly streaked. (Craig Brelsford)
